Don’t just take our word for it, this line of goods earned the official USDA Organic Certified stamp of approval – a rigorous, and rewarding process to say the least. It all starts with carefully selecting producers who meet our extremely high standards for organic farming, and only partnering with those who share our commitment to sustainable practices, while promising to never use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and antibiotics.

We know that the great taste of food is just as important as the way it’s grown and produced. With O Organics, you can rest-assured that the taste of our products is just as exceptional, and as trust-worthy as the source in which it’s derived.

Open Nature
Nature has nothing to hide, neither should your food. That’s the core belief behind this line of real food made without preservatives, free of artificial colors and artificial flavors. Great news! So happy to hear that Shaw’s is carrying a larger inventory of organic foods.

  2. Eileen 22/07/2015 at 2:00 pm

Look forward to trying this brand.

  3. Glenna 22/07/2015 at 2:11 pm

But do they list GMOs also? I know that HR1955 is being discussed to take any listing of GMos off products which I don’t think is right for the consumer who wishes not to ingest these products> Even if product is listed organic/natural could still be genetically modified and OK by Law.

    • Customer Care 22/07/2015 at 9:15 pm

Hi Glenna, we appreciate your views. Please know that we defer to the FDA’s role and responsibility when it comes to labeling GMO. ~Shasta

  4. Bill 22/07/2015 at 2:25 pm

I am seeing some of the Open Nature meats, like chicken thighs, at my local Shaws. Is it possible to find out who supplies this meat so that their adherence to humane practices can be evaluated? Are these Open Nature meats grass fed and finished (when beef), vegetarian raised (when chicken), etc? Thanks for your time.

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 9:05 pm

Hi Bill – Thanks for your questions. Perdue is our supplier of Open Nature Chicken. Open Nature Beef is 100% Grass Fed thru to harvest. Open Nature Chicken is vegetarian raised. I hope this helps. Thanks ~ Dan

  5. Pam 22/07/2015 at 2:44 pm

I am so thrilled to be able to have a bigger selection. I think this is a very smart business move. As a breast cancer survivor, I try to eat clean as much as possible. I am willing to pay a bit more if it is better for me and my family.

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 4:09 pm

Pam – Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We’re extremely appreciative that you choose to shop with us, and we’re happy to support your healthy lifestyle choice. Thank you ~ Dan

  6. Pamela Wood 22/07/2015 at 3:16 pm

  7. Dawna 22/07/2015 at 3:24 pm

Are the items listed the only ones available? I’m very interested in more coffee options- fair trade etc. This is a fantastic start though! Absolutely switching to Shaw’s.

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 4:06 pm

Hi Dawna – New Open Nature and O Organic items will continue to be introduced throughout the year. There are a number of items in addition to the ones you see featured on this page. We hope you enjoy them all! ~ Dan

  8. Sandy 22/07/2015 at 3:57 pm

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 4:05 pm

Sandy – Thank you for trying our new Open Nature and O Organic brands! We hope you continue to enjoy them as more products are introduced. ~ Dan

  9. Mary 22/07/2015 at 4:39 pm

Are these brands GMO free? It is very possible to have a GMO food and grow it organically. I look for that NON-GMO seal when I buy organic foods.

    • Customer Care 22/07/2015 at 9:25 pm

Hi Mary, we appreciate your views. Please know that we defer to the FDA’s role and responsibility when it comes to labeling GMO. ~ Dan

  10. elaine m. niles 22/07/2015 at 4:42 pm

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 9:09 pm

Hi Elaine – We are focused on providing our customers with Gluten Free options. When you shop our stores, check out the thousands of “Gluten Free” tags throughout the store! ~ Dan

  11. joyce hilliard 22/07/2015 at 7:54 pm

Wehave a Wild Harvest section in our Shaws. Is that where we would find these products or in regular aisles?

    • Daniel Daniel 22/07/2015 at 9:10 pm

Hi Joyce – These items will remain in our Natural and Organic section, however the name will no longer be Wild Harvest. Additionally, the meat department and produce, items will be in their designated departments, but will have packaging with their Open Nature and O Organic branding. Thanks! ~ Dan

  12. Clint 22/07/2015 at 8:23 pm

Burn down traditional food processors and distribution. Power to the local system. Power to the people- right on! Thanks Shaws, can’t wait.

  13. Durelle 22/07/2015 at 8:27 pm

I saw the organic cottage cheese but being lactose miss not having Lactaid cottage cheese. Will you carry it again? Also, lactose free Yoplait yogurt although I do like the Green Mountain Creamery brand with a lactaid pill. Will you carry Yoplait lactose free yogurt again? I will be trying more organic brands.

    • Daniel Daniel 23/07/2015 at 12:56 am

Hi Durelle – Thanks for your feedback. I’ve shared your request with our merchandising team. Please let us know which store you shop at. Thanks ~ Dan

    • Daniel Daniel 23/07/2015 at 8:41 pm

Hi Durelle – Unfortunately, Lactose free Yoplait yogurt was discontinued. I have let our merchandising team know about your request though. Lactaid Cottage Cheese is available at all of our stores. If you do not see it in stock, you may speak to a grocery or store director and ask for it to be ordered. Thanks! ~ Dan

  14. James Ring 22/07/2015 at 9:23 pm

Are you stating that the use of natural is organic? I have no interest in any products that are not organic. Help me out do you have a list of organic food? That is all I eat.

    • Daniel Daniel 23/07/2015 at 12:53 am

Hello James – We are not saying the use of natural is organic. We are saying that we now carry a Natural Food brand and a separate Organic brand. While we don’t have a list of the Organic items, please look for the O Organic brand label as you shop our stores. More items will be added throughout the year! Thank you ~ Dan

  15. Carmen Dyer 22/07/2015 at 10:44 pm

I’m sensitive to wheat, gluten, milk, sugar and high sodium, plus garlic & onions are a few…
Will these products be suitable for someone like me. I love my Shaw’s and have shopped there since the early 50″s Thanks for making my shopping easier.

    • Daniel Daniel 23/07/2015 at 12:54 am

Hi Carmen – Our new brands are a Natural Food and an Organic Food brand. We always encourage our customers to read the label and when in doubt contact your doctor or nutritionist with questions. Thank you ~ Dan

  16. Tinyd641 22/07/2015 at 10:52 pm

I’m glad your carrying more Organics. I tried the O coffee you had on sale last week and was pleased. I look at the organic produce and see it’s a catch 22. It sits on the shelf and gets old because not enough people are buying, but I often don’t buy produce because it’s been sitting too long. I’ve asked the last couple of times if they’d consider marking the produce down, but was told they can’t do that. I live in Hanover MA, and find it a crying shame they rather throw it away rather than get something for it. Sorry for being long winded, but it seems like someone is actually reading the posts. I hope someone will take a look at this situation. Thank you.

    • Daniel Daniel 23/07/2015 at 12:51 am

Hi Tinyd641 – Thanks for trying our new O Organic Coffee! We also appreciate your feedback. While we don’t reduce the cost of our ‘old’ produce, we do attempt to put it aside at our stores for local farmers. Again, thank you for your feedback – I’ll be sure to pass along your concerns with the appropriate personnel. ~ Dan

  17. Fran 23/07/2015 at 1:16 am

I tried some of the Open Nature Pistachio gelato last week and really enjoyed it. It was loaded with nuts and had a smooth texture. I like the all natural ingredients. Thanks for bringing in some new and exciting products. I have been a “Shaw’s” customer dating back to the Iandoli ownership back in the 60s’.

  18. Dianne 23/07/2015 at 9:09 am

I have been struggling with weight & also have Kidney Disease which so far is stable .
I try to stay away from as many chemicals .
as possible ,so for me the price of Organic foods is cheap compared to the alternative .
The more people catch on the prices will start to come down, Invest in your health!!

  19. Dorothy 23/07/2015 at 10:50 am

Thank you for adding more organic food to your store. It is a shame to our country that all food offered to the people has to be separated into categories. All food offered for sale should be safe for consumption.
Your Naturally Sourced food are an example of foods that are more deceptive, not an example of safe foods. I’m sure you know that the FDA is not a reliable source for labeling food safely. Your chicken from Perdue. They do not treat their chickens humanely and the word NATURAL no longer has a meaning in the food world. Any food can be passed off as NATURAL by FDA standards even if it is A GMO.
This comment will probably never be published

  20. Christine 23/07/2015 at 7:03 pm

Do you carry an organic, unsweetend almond milk?

    • Customer Care 23/07/2015 at 9:22 pm

We do, Christine! Due to some problems with almond crop availability, we don’t have a sufficient supply right now though. We expect to have more inventory in September. ~Mikayla

  21. Mary 24/07/2015 at 5:39 am

I appreciate having more choices in Shaws organic foods and I know people will purchase more as they become educated on the chemicals and toxic ingredients in many of the processed foods today. I also thought harmful ingredients would not be allowed in foods by the FDA but found it does not watch out for the public as it does for corporations, similar to congress which passes laws that are bought, like Monsanto’s DARK which just passed by
congress. That law is not for the peoples
choice of having ingredients labeled. Monsanto knows if people have a choice they will not buy GMO products. Grocery stores also know this and have not supported labeling GMO’s. Over time GMO’s destroy the intestines ability to digest food and assimilate causing many health conditions. Only following FDA guidelines is not a good idea today if you want to be healthy, in time they will adjust and become concerned with the publics wishes, as many stand up to make changes. Seeing Shaws take steps forward to attract the health conscious public is appreciated and applauded. There is nothing natural about factory farming it is the most unhealthy, toxic and non humane way to produce food and needs to be changed.

  22. Barbara 05/08/2015 at 2:44 pm

While I’m happy to have the option to purchase organic foods at Shaws, I would like to see more available grown on U.S.A soil. That Shaws has dedicated areas for organic produce and other foods, is an appreciated big plus. What I take issue with is that the corporate suppliers of “natural” and now, “open” brands are too often ones with processing, feeding, and handling black marks against them. If your organic, “open” and “natural” brands want to gain our trust, the product’s supplier’s name should appear on labels.

    • Customer Care 06/08/2015 at 12:31 pm

      Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your comments on our new organic selection. As you say, it’s always good to have more information about where your food is coming. We’ll definitely take your suggestion under consideration. ~ Jonathon

  23. Johanna 05/08/2015 at 9:23 pm

    Hi,
I am so happy with all of the organic products that I’m seeing at shaws. There is just one product that needs to be fully clean and safe for me to stop shopping at wegmans and that is the organic almond milk. What is the natural flavor in the shaws O brand? The wegmans almond organic milk has no carrageenan and no natural flavor. Why can’t shaws do the same?

    • Customer Care 06/08/2015 at 12:29 pm

Hello there, Johanna. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We are looking into this and will make sure that your request is reviewed. Have a great day. ~Stephanie

  24. Janacoyote 10/08/2015 at 5:23 pm

Going along with the FDA is not an answer. “we defer to the FDA’s role and responsibility when it comes to labeling GMO. ~Shasta” The FDA is not really on top of this.
Using chickens from Perdue is not good. They are a factory farm & many are turning away from them.
I am a regular @ Shaws & tell everyone about Everyday Essentials, which have no GMO & are usually less expensive.
And – you can’t beat the customer service.

    • Customer Care 10/08/2015 at 8:21 pm

Hi Janacoyote, thank you for your concern. If you have any specific questions on the Purdue chicken, let me know. Additionally, if you are looking for the more natural side, please try our O Organic and Open Nature lines. Have a great day. ~Liralen

  25. Bob McIntire 19/08/2015 at 11:43 am

I have been purchasing Wild Harvest Fair Exchange French Roast coffee and found it great, but I don’t see it on the shelf anymore. Is this brand being phased out? I find no Fair Exchange coffees in your product line. Am I missing something or is Shaw’s?

    • Customer Care 20/08/2015 at 2:39 pm

Shaw’s is currently transitioning away from the Wild Harvest brand, Bob. O Organics is the new line and offers many Fair Trade coffee options. ~Shasta

  26. Jennifer 20/08/2015 at 4:47 am

I am so happy to see O Organics and Open Nature at Shaw’s! I am moving to the New England area from Seattle, where these two brands are carried at our Safeway stores (owned by the same parent company as Shaw’s) I LOVE both. Next, I’d like to see your stores open 24/7 for shift workers, and for those of us that need Ben & Jerry’s at 2:00 am 😉 (Also, I hope you adopt Safeway’s China Express-BEST Sweet and Sour Chicken!) Thank you!

  27. Colleen 28/08/2015 at 6:32 pm

Is O Organics and Open Nature GMO products? I only buy non Gmo products!!!! Thank you……

    • Customer Care 02/09/2015 at 9:35 pm

Hello Colleen, we require that all of our brand suppliers meet the USDA and FDA regulations but currently, the USDA and FDA make no nutrition distinction between GMOs and non-GMO products/ingredients. Please know that our O Organics line does meet all the requirements laid out by the USDA organic standards, which does not allow the use of GMO ingredients. Also, many of the ingredients in our Open Nature line is non-GMO and to make greater efforts to make sure this option is available to you, we’ve started the process to obtain non-GMO verification for our Open Nature products. ~Shasta

  28. Susan Rodrigue 22/09/2015 at 11:28 pm

I have just bought my FIRST Open Nature product. Can I just say this was the most delicious meal in a long time. This product is GF, Chicken Sausage, No Antibiotics, No added Hormones, it was delish. My husband has two helpings of the pasta I made with this chicken sausage. BRAVO. WELL DONE. Keep it coming.

    • Daniel Daniel 23/09/2015 at 12:19 pm

Susan, We’re very happy to hear how much you enjoyed your first Open Nature experience! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we hope you continue to enjoy our new Natural and Organic brands.

  29. Rose 29/10/2015 at 10:13 pm

Thrilled about Shaw’s carrying more organic foods. My daughter and I have celiac’s disease which means that we totally need gluten free food. I’m seeing more of it in the stores, but it would be so so so helpful if there was a way to find them easily when there are coupons or sales. Gluten free food is so very expensive, every penny counts. Gluten free food is rarely on sale and harder to find now since it’s more mixed in with regular groceries. Whatever you can do to help call sales out would be terrific!

    • Customer Support 30/10/2015 at 10:13 pm

Thanks for your feedback, Rose! We’ll forward your comments to our Marketing Department. Have a great day! –Jessica

  31. Christopher Jones 04/11/2015 at 11:34 am

Hi- We absolutely love the O Organics product line. The Open Nature line was new to me afrter rading this add. Since we do not trust the USDA for a second, we trust that Shaw’s does its homework. Hopefully these product Lines will continue to grow. Really would love to see more Non-GMO products as this is more important than Organic alone.Thank You for the constant works at bringing healthy choices to the consumer.

    • Customer Support 05/11/2015 at 3:58 pm

Thanks for your feedback, Christopher! We’ll be sure to share your comments with our Own Brands Department and Buyers. Have a wonderful day! -Jessica

Sorry to see Wild Harvest brand disappear as you move Safeway products in. Especially miss the fair trade organic chai green tea from Wild Harvest. Grocery staff at the Shaw’s I’ve been to recently can’t find an equivalent organic certified fair trade chai green tea on their shelves. Do you have one?

    • Customer Support 05/11/2015 at 5:10 pm

Skip, can you let us know which store you shop at? We’ll be happy to submit a product request for you. –Jessica

  34. Barb 08/11/2015 at 12:05 pm

Does Shaws sell organic pork, our family love pork

  35. Kali Smith 10/11/2015 at 5:58 pm

Do you carry natural nitrate free deli ham in your deli case? I’m from Falmouth MA and I don’t think the cooked ham is nitrate free.

Thank you for the feedback, Kali. We have forwarded your comments to our Product Buyers for further review and consideration. -Julio

  37. Monika 02/12/2015 at 3:42 pm

Glad to see O Organic products, but am SO unhappy and angry that Lucerne Dairy products–out of California–really?!– are displacing Maine’s Oakhurst Dairy selections.

Shaws has been my mainstay for years even though other stores are geographically more convenient. This Lucerne Dairy switch has me seriously considering ditching Shaws. 🙁

    • Daniel Daniel 02/12/2015 at 9:20 pm

Hi Monika, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding our O Organic products and Lucerne as well. Regarding Lucerne, while it’s true that we are replacing the Shaw’s and Star Market brands with the Lucerne Dairy Farms brand and that the Lucerne label reads “California”, this is a reference to the brand’s origination. Lucerne was founded over 110 years ago in 1904, and offers farm-fresh dairy products at a value compared to leading national brands. Because of our commitment to farm-fresh dairy, we continue to source our Lucerne milk and eggs from local producers here in the Northeast. I hope this helps! Thanks ~ Dan

  38. erika kasser 23/12/2015 at 5:47 pm

I just bought your Organics brand Honey, product of Brazil. I’m wondering, how exactly does one make organic honey?

    • Customer Support 29/12/2015 at 6:02 pm

Hi, Erika. Beekeepers have to meet stringent production standards and conditions to be certified organic. Not only do plants — the bees’ source of nectar — need to be pesticide-free, their entire foraging area does, too. Hope this helps! –Julio

  39. LAUREN STONE 01/01/2016 at 5:10 pm

Thank you so much for adding Organic items to your product line. moved from w. mass where there are so many organic co-ops and open-air markets seasonally. have a sister who works f/t @Shaw’s and LOVES HER JOB! I too, many years ago in my 20’s worked at
Shaw’s as a” baloney slinger” in the deli. Live nearby local Shaw’s. do you think you will be launching any coupons for any of your organic products? Happy New Year 2016

    • Customer Support 08/01/2016 at 12:22 am

Thanks for the love, Lauren. Happy to hear your local Shaw’s is carrying the products you enjoy. We are happy to hear your sister is part of the team! We’ll be sure to let our Marketing Department know you’d like to see some more coupons. Have a wonderful day! –Julio

  40. Bonnie Raymond 02/01/2016 at 10:22 pm

I am trying to be a loyal Shaws shopper, but I find that organic produce availability varies a lot. Basil and garlic are staples I shop for, going into the weekends, but the brands are sometimes organic and then suddenly not.
Also I (and a lot of my friends) much prefer local sourcing when possible– the food is better and fresher, and the local economy benefits.
Today the only fresh basil available was a new brand, Matarazzo Bros, with no indication of provenance.
I have to weigh my chances at Shaws and decide whether to just go to a reliable, but further away, ‘health food store’.

    • Customer Support 08/01/2016 at 12:19 am

Hi, Bonnie. Thank you for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. We have shared your comments with our Product Buyers for further review and consideration. –Julio

  41. Albert Martinez 09/02/2016 at 3:29 pm

How come there are less Vermont Dairy products in the local Shaw’s? Why use Lucerne? It has to travel across country when Hoods and Booth Bros is in state and so is Cabot.
I like to support local food producers and I enjoy talking with them too.
Maybe Stores should showcase local products by having a company rep from one of those suppliers doing demos at the stores.

    • Customer Support 09/02/2016 at 10:32 pm

Albert, thanks for your feedback. We have good news. While the packaging reads “California”, this is simply where the company originated. Lucerne was founded over 110 years ago in 1904, and offers farm-fresh dairy products at a value compared to leading national brands. Because of our commitment to farm-fresh dairy, we continue to source our Lucerne milk and eggs from local producers here in the Northeast. -Julio

  42. Janet O'Connor 14/02/2016 at 3:36 pm

It’s great to see that you are including more organic foods from which to choose When will you offer organic 1/2 & 1/2? All of the other brands of !/2 & 1/2 contain Sodium Phosphate -I would rather not use them and add that to my diet.

    • Customer Support 15/02/2016 at 8:56 pm

Janet, thank you for this feedback. We are sorry to hear your local store does not carry the half and half you like. Could you tell us which location you shop at most often? We’d like to share your comments with our Merchandising Team. -Rebecca

  43. Bob Smith 17/02/2016 at 2:32 pm

A few items that have been mentioned but still need clarifying. You have been asked about Lucerne being from California and you answered that is where they started, however they have no Listed facilities east of Denver, a long way from Hanson, Ma nor can I find any dairy farm processing milk for them in New England. I do hope that you are not buying from Ma , shipping to Denver, then shipping back again. It is understood your parent company owns Lucerne. Why is this Site using a European standard date format day, mo, yr instead of a USA standard Mo, Day, YR? . finally it is good to see more Organic and Natural food products in the store.

    • Daniel Daniel 17/02/2016 at 5:51 pm

Hi Bob, Thank you for your inquiry. Please know that while the Lucerne brand was founded in California, we stay committed to farm-fresh dairy and continue to source our Lucerne milk and eggs from local producers here in the Northeast. Specifically our plastic jug milk items are produced in the Garelick plant and processed in Franklin, MA. We hope this helps. Thank you ~ Dan

  44. Kathy 20/02/2016 at 7:11 pm

    Hi,
I have a 2 year old daughter with food allergies to dairy, egg, tree and peanuts, sesame. I am trying to determine what companies/brands are safe for her. Do you have processing and packaging protocols in place to prevent cross contamination? I understand the law that you must warn us that your facility is used with these items but how confident can I be when going by your ingredient list? Thanks

    • Customer Support 23/02/2016 at 7:30 pm

Kathy, we cannot claim any of our In-Store Bakery or In-Store Deli products to be free from any of the major allergens due to the possibility of cross contamination. We have an allergen statement posted in all of our In-store bakeries and deli’s notifying our customers of the possible cross contamination issue. Due to the magnitude of products we offer, we do not have a list of allergen info. However, we would be glad to research specific products for the allergens in question. I’d like to see Shaw’s offer more humane certified and free range meats. Cage free eggs are great but caged chicken and pork would be nice too. I’ll be buying my meats at local farms until Shaws can offer such products. Thank you

Hi Lisa! We will be glad to notify our Merchandising Team of your request for more certified humane and free range meat, as well as cage-free chicken and pork products. I’ve been to 2 different shaws in NH, Hillsborough and Concord. Both have been out of the O Organics Honey Green tea for about a month, is there a problem with that product. I bought it every week to the point of almost clearing out inventory, so it wasn’t that it wasn’t selling, any help?

    • Customer Support 19/04/2016 at 6:21 pm

Matt, thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the shortage on the O Organics Honey Green Tea. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoy our new O Organic line. It appears this item should still be available in these stores, and we have contacted the store team to ensure that this product has been ordered. You may also make this request as well the next time you’re in the store. Thank you! -Julio

I’m very unhappy with the Lucerne vanilla yogurt.
The essential everyday was far superior in my opinion. I tried the Lucerne and when I opened it and saw yellowish color I almost couldn’t eat it. Why add color to vanilla yogurt? It was the main reason I shopped at Shaws since their prices are generally high around here. 02742

Is the Open Nature Grassfed Beef – 100% grassfed and grassfinished. I read that Costco’s started out with 100% grassfed (Australian) but because of increase demand it added US/Canadian suppliers which might only be 50% grassfed

    • Customer Support 15/06/2016 at 4:52 pm

Hi Ellen! Our Grass Fed beef meets the claims for grass fed by the USDA, where the animal’s diet consists solely of grass and forage and are not finished with grains prior to harvest. We hope this helps! –Rebecca

Disappointed with the change to the Organics Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl. Sunflower seeds instead of the pita croutons? And less chicken? That has been a constant in my weekly lunch but won’t be if it stays that way.

    • Customer Support 28/06/2016 at 5:48 pm

Mike, we’re sorry to hear of your recent dissatisfaction with some changes to the Organics Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl. We will deliver your feedback to our Product Development Team for escalated review and consideration. -Rebecca

Hello, are the O organics cans BPA free? Thanks!

  56. Josh Lehman 03/08/2016 at 12:04 pm

Please reconfigure the plastic container for the 16 oz. Open Nature Old Fashioned PB (UPC 7989311202) so that all the product can be more readily extracted and the container can be more thoroughly cleaned for recycling purposes. A straight-sided/flat-bottomed container would be more suitable. Thank you.

  57. Kalindi Russell 24/08/2016 at 1:17 pm

I just moved near a Shaws, and the O Organics line is the tipping factor in my deciding to make it my primary grocery. I would be willing to drive to a further grocery for better products/prices, but with O Organics, I’m getting a lot of Organic options at Shaws for decent prices. I’ve found all the products good, except for the O Organics Chai Spice tea. It has all the right ingredients listed for authentic chai, but it just tastes totally flat. A plain cup of black tea would have more flavor. I’m saying this as constructive feedback! I’m picky about my chai, and besides home-made, right now Equal Exchange Organic Chai is the only retail chai I will vouch for. However, overall, I’m glad Shaws is stocking O Organics. I hope that as more major grocers get into the organic business, that the integrity of the organic label is preserved, and that small farms are supported as suppliers, because the spirit of organic is wholistic care for the total impact, from start to end.

    • Customer Support 25/08/2016 at 3:17 pm

Kalindi, we value your feedback! We strive to stock our stores with only the highest quality, freshest items, and are so glad to hear that our O Organics line is suiting your needs! However, we do regret to hear that our Chai Spice Tea was not to your expectations. We’ll share your compliments and feedback with our Product Development Team for additional consideration. We look forward to serving you again soon! –Rebecca, Customer Support
