Avoid raw eggs or uncooked foods containing
raw eggs like hollandaise sauce or Caesar salad dressing
Avoid ripened soft cheese like Camembert, Brie or blue
veined varieties
Avoid raw shellfish like oysters
Avoid chilled pate and other cooked sliced meats.
