Helping you find your low carb choices.

Everyone could use a little help when it comes to watching carbs.  How do you know which foods are low in carbs? Which ones are the most appropriate for your diet? At Shaw's, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the foods you want.

That's why we started the Shaw's CarbMinder™ program. It's a great way to find a sampling of items in our stores that have fewer than 10 net grams of carbohydrates that can be digested and processed by the body as a dietary carbohydrate, directly impacting blood sugar.

Look for Shaw's CarbMinder™ signs throughout our stores. They point  the way to some of our lower carb items.  All of these items have fewer than 10 net grams of carbohydrates per serving. It's
just one more way we're trying to make your life a little easier.

Calculating Net Carbs:

Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates(gms) -
