Send your kids on a Shaw's Healthy Eaters™ Exploration Adventure

Make learning about healthy eating choices an adventure for your students, scouts, or youth group members.

"The Adventures of George C. Shaw - The Quest for the Healthy Pyramid", essentially teaches children in Pre-K to grade 3, fundamentals of healthy eating and good nutrition, in a fun, new way, while encouraging children to read and dream.

What your students will learn
Using Shaw's founder, George C. Shaw as the lead character, children will follow the story of his adventures to exotic, make-believe places as they learn about nutrition while "searching" for the healthy pyramid, based on the USDA's food pyramid.

Armed with an adventure map, children will cross the "Pharma Sea" on their way to the "Island of Vegetaria", and the "Mountains of New Deli". They will cruise past "International Falls", and "The Wild", on their way to the "Isle of Wheat" and other points on the adventure including the "Villages of Moo".

Schedule a tour
Field trips are 60 to 90 minutes in length, and are limited to 30 participants per tour.
