How to Qualify for a Chance to Win:
Purchase any products from Explorer’s Bounty or World Harbors with your Shaw’s rewards card during the promotional time-frame 06/27/2008-08/28/08 and be automatically entered for a chance to win a 5 night trip to a to anywhere TNT Vacations travels. Promotion runs from June 27h-August 28th, 2008. All purchases must be made within the promotional period. To enter without a purchase, write your name, address, daytime phone number, email and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it to “Explore the World’s Harbors” at PO Box 990132, Boston, MA 02199-0132. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on August 28th, 2008. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD IS PERMITTED.
Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a 5 night trip for two to anywhere TNT Vacations travels, including round-trip coach airfare and double occupancy accommodations for 5 nights. Winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on or about September 12th, 2008. Total ARV for the prize: $1,500-$3,000 (actual value will vary, depending on flight departure and destination cities). All expenses not specifically listed as included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Passport will be required for any travel outside the U.S. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2009. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. TRIP valid on TNT operated, published, scheduled service only.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winner must claim prize in person as directed by Sponsor. Prizes not claimed as directed and before any stated deadlines will be forfeited.
Eligibility:
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States residing in ME, NH, VT, MA, RI or CT. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor or its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies or any of the promotion sponsors, are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Void where prohibited. One entrant per household.
Release:
Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners will be required to sign a form releasing Sponsor, Greater Boston Radio, Inc. and their respective affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

License:
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes:
Sponsor or its agent will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.
General:
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees or agents of Sponsor and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
