Effective October 1, 2009, we have adopted a new Privacy Policy that will apply to customers who enroll in our Rewards Card Program on or after that date. If you enrolled in the Program before that date, the material terms of our Privacy Policy in effect prior to October 1, 2009, will continue to apply to your enrollment.
