You can update your Rewards Card Account information three ways:
Right here. Enter your new information at our online
Maintain Account form and you're done.
Feedback@shaws.com - Just send us an email with your changes and, of course, your
Rewards Card number.
Visit your local Shaw's Supermarkets or Star Market. We're all here to help.
How do I obtain a replacement Rewards Card?

You may obtain a replacement card at the service desk in any of our stores or you may complete the Rewards Card application on our web site.
Why don't I receive coupons in the mail as do other customers?

Some customers opt not to receive mailings from Shaw's when they apply for their Rewards Card. If you are
unsure as to whether you opted in to receive mailings, please provide us with your Rewards Card number, name
and address so that we can check our system.
If you opted in please be aware that, our marketing department occasionally targets particular areas/customers
who will receive certain coupons and promotions. As a result, different customers may receive different
coupons at different times.
I have found a set of keys with a Shaw's Rewards Card. What should I do with them?

Please put the keys in any U.S. postal mailbox. The keys will be returned to Shaw's and we will contact the customer.
I have lost a set of keys and want to know if they have been returned.

If your keys were found and returned to us, you will be contacted by phone. If you have lost your keys and would like to inquire if we have received them, please call 508-313-4798. You will be connected directly to a message box. Please leave your first and last name, your phone number and a brief description of the keys. We will return your call and let you know if we are in possession of your keys and make arrangements to return them to you.

Do you offer home delivery?

Shaw's previously introduced a home delivery service to our customers, in which they
were able to place their orders by telephone, fax or personal computer. Unfortunately,
Shaw's discontinued this service because our partner in the arrangement rolled out a new
concept in home shopping and delivery that is incompatible with the business practices
and policies at Shaw's. Though we have searched for a suitable replacement to help us
administrate Shaw's home delivery, we have yet to find a partner who matches our
company philosophy and level of customer service.
Why can't I find a list of products on the site?

The average Shaw's store has over 40,000 items in inventory. Every week there
are as many as 100 new items introduced. Consequently, our product offering is
continually changing, and it would be very difficult to maintain a current product
listing on our web site.
Is there an aisle directory for my store on the site?

Currently Shaw's has over 199 stores located throughout New England. Many of the stores have
completely different layouts due to when they were built, newly created store formats, size, etc.
This would make it very difficult for us to provide a store directory over the Internet for each of our
stores. Many of our stores have printed aisle directories for our customers that are available at the
service desk.
How do I request a donation from Shaw's?

We take a great deal of pride in being a part of the community, always here to help.
So send your request, in writing, to: Shaw's Supermarkets, P.O. Box 600, E. Bridgewater
MA 02333, Attention: Donation Committee. A letter notifying you whether or not your
request has been accepted will be mailed about 2 weeks or so after we receive your letter.
In your donation request letter, be sure to include:
501C3 Form or Number (Federal Tax Identification Number)
Information about your organization
The benefactor of the donation
Type of donation, i.e. merchandise certificate,
product, money
Telephone number

Can I buy a gift card online?
