spending $1200 to get a platter seems a bit excessive

    • Customer Support 18/09/2017 at 12:31 pm

nancy, The promotion starts September 15th, and runs through January 2nd 2018, so our customers have the duration to earn as many tickets as they’re able to. Keep in mind if anything is desired, but the ticket requirement is not met, they can still be purchased! This program is only designed to enhance shopping incentive, and we apologize if it’s interpreted otherwise, but we thank you for shopping with us! – Brandin

  4. Richard 17/09/2017 at 9:12 pm

Are the stamps from Shaw’s and Star Market interchangeable?

    • Customer Support 19/09/2017 at 5:33 pm

Richard, Star Market stamps are not interchangeable with Shaw’s unfortunately. Star Market is running a different program. -Brandin

  5. Lexi 19/09/2017 at 1:10 am

Is the total dollars spent before couoons?

    • Customer Support 20/09/2017 at 10:18 pm

Hi Lexi, You will receive stamps based on the amount of the transaction after the coupons and tax are deducted. Thank you for your interest. –Cynthia

  6. Michaela 09/10/2017 at 7:56 am

Can I pick up the items along the way, and keep going? For instance I have enough stamps for the Dispenser bottle and Ramekins. Can I redeem my stamps for these 2 items and keep going until the sweepstakes ends, picking up the prizes along the way?

    • Customer Support 10/10/2017 at 3:09 pm

Michaela, you can claim your FREE items during the promotion. However, Saver Stamps should be affixed to separate Stamp Books for each item. In order to redeem your stamps for the Dispenser and the Ramekins, you will need to have earned enough stamps to fill the required stamps for each item on separate stamp saver books. Thank you for your question! –Jayme

  7. Michaela 11/10/2017 at 6:22 am

Why doesn’t it state that on the front of the booklet in bold letters somewhere? That is rediculous. I already have 83 stamps affixed to one booklet, and now I have to try to pull them off and begin again on a new card?! What kind of incentive is that? It SHOULD be the customer redeems the stamps EACH time they reach a free item. The way that Shaw’s is running this is exactly what Nancy said – 1200.00 for a platter is very excessive!

  8. Karen 21/10/2017 at 11:20 am

Are there different color stamps? I have some that are brown and some that are off-white/cream. Before I paste the cream ones on my card I want to make sure they are ok to use.

    • Customer Support 22/10/2017 at 3:39 pm

Hello Karen! Could you please let us know which stores you may have shopped at? Our Star Market stores have a different program than our Shaw’s locations. Thanks –Julio

  9. Gila Kriegel 22/10/2017 at 9:23 pm

I feel like a 1950’s housewife sticking these awful stickers into a booklet. Hello, it is 2017! It seems to me that your promotion should not require the customer to have to stick 150 stickers to a piece of paper to collect their promo dishes (which on Amazon can be purchased for as little as $33 for the two bakeware set). I still do it since I am a loyal customer and spend hundreds of dollars a month in your store, but I do wonder when you will be joining the 21st century.

    • Customer Support 23/10/2017 at 7:01 pm

Gila, thank you for the suggestion. We apologize that this method hasn’t been so convenient, but appreciate your feedback so we can work on improving. We appreciate your time. –Julio

  10. W. Blanco 28/10/2017 at 9:24 am

Seems a little excessive to have to fill out a separate book for each item. I was under the assumption that once I reached the first free item, I just continued on from there to fill in to reach the second item. That’s an awful lot of money and stamps for bakeware!!

    • Customer Support 30/10/2017 at 1:04 pm

Hi W. Blanco. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if the threshold for the FREE bakeware seems excessive. Please know that you are welcome to purchase the bakeware at the prices that are advertised. Also, we will forward your comments and concerns to our Promotions Department. Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback with us. –Dolores

  11. Cheryl 28/10/2017 at 8:28 pm

I filled up a whole sheet and have started another, can I use all 150 stamps in one transaction.

    • Customer Support 30/10/2017 at 2:09 pm

Wow, Cheryl! Congratulations on earning so many stamps! Yes, you can redeem your stamps at one time. We hope you find this information helpful. -Dolores

  12. Nicole Silva 30/10/2017 at 12:17 pm

I currently have 120 stamps…..i thought i could go in and get my 3 free items…..

Are you saying after i redeem the first 60 stamps, i have ro start over again meaning im 20 stamps short for the second item??? Losing a whole item in the process. It should be you just have to fill the book for all items. I was excited i was close to winning everything.

    • Customer Support 31/10/2017 at 1:35 pm

Nicole, sorry for any confusion on this. That’s correct, you will need to fill the required stamp slots for each item. Once you reach that threshold, you can redeem your stamps for the specified item. We hope this helps! -Brandin

  13. Josh 05/11/2017 at 5:45 pm

I think my biggest problem with this promotion is the money in to stamps out ratio. Especially for those who are on limited budgets like myself and most of the people I know who shop at Shaws. Collect 30 stamps – which is half the required amount needed to get the Stoneware Dispensing Bottle (the least amount of total stamp to get for free) – and you’ve already spent enough money to buy one of everything being offered at regular market price, cover the taxes, and have enough left over to get a full meal for two at any sit-down restaurant.

    • Customer Support 06/11/2017 at 12:47 pm

Thank you for this feedback Josh. We’re sorry to hear of your displeasure. These promotions are intended to simply reward our customers for their routine grocery purchases. We’ve shared your feedback with the appropriate personnel. Thank you. -Brandin

  14. Holly 06/11/2017 at 12:16 pm

I have different color stamps all we have is Shaw’s up this way so I know they didn’t come from star Market. My mom found some when she was cleaning off her end table some are white some are tan and some are blue. Before I stick them to the paper I want to make sure They are usable.

    • Customer Support 07/11/2017 at 11:10 am

Holly, the tan pieces are the color of this year’s stamps so those may be affixed to your current board. The other stamps unfortunately will not be honored, as they are likely from promotions from past year’s. Hope this helps! –Dolores

  15. Claire 10/11/2017 at 2:36 pm

Don’t be discouraged if you put all your stamps on one booklet. When I collected stamps for a Shaws promotion in the past– the courtesy booth staff helped me transfer some stamps from one book to another. They cut off and kept the ones required for the item and stapled remaining ones to a new book, so I keep could earning more. Staff at Franklin Shaws and Mansfield Shaws have always been very helpful.

    • Customer Support 13/11/2017 at 2:33 pm

Hi Claire! We’re happy to be of service! We’ve shared your kind words with our teams at these locations. Have a great day! -Julio

  16. Jim 10/11/2017 at 7:08 pm

In the Shaws stamp saver book several squares are marked FREE ITEM. Does this mean that I don’t have to put a SAVER STAMP on those squares?

    • Customer Support 13/11/2017 at 2:34 pm

Hi Jim, a stamp does need to be placed on these squares. Thank you –Julio

  17. Brenda Gaudet 11/11/2017 at 2:20 pm

Please count me into the number of people who are not happy with how this promotion is being run. The fact that you have to start over when you receive a free item is ridiculous! It sounds like a good promotion until you try to actually get something free, and then you find out (at the register, in front of everyone) that you really have to spend a LOT to get so little. That is not stated ANYWHERE in the promotional materials. I keep giving Shaws a try, and keep getting let down. No wonder your stores are empty; guess I’m not the only one unhappy.

    • Customer Support 13/11/2017 at 4:10 pm

Brenda, we’re sorry to hear this. This promotion is simply meant to reward customers for your regular purchases. We have shared your concerns with our merchandising team, and again apologize for your disappointment. Please keep in mind that these items are for sale at the prices advertised, if you do not wish to collect stamps. Thank you. -Julio

  18. Brenda 15/11/2017 at 3:50 pm

I can’t believe how many people are complaining about this if you do not want to do it then don’t, you are spending your money there anyway to shop it just makes it fun. I have gotten some nice dishes and other things from my stamps 🙂

  19. Rae 16/11/2017 at 12:15 pm

I’m confused…do you put a sticker on the “free item” space? Or skip over that as a free spot?

    • Customer Support 16/11/2017 at 3:46 pm

Rae, yes, you will need to apply a Stamp Save Sticker to the “Free item” space. Thanks –Cornelius

  20. Craig & Jill 16/11/2017 at 6:56 pm

My wife filled her sheet enough to receive one item. Got that item. Then we shopped and shopped. She filled in enough for 2 more items, but the customer service at the Milford NH store tonight told her NO. Only one item and took her sheet. Last time we shop at Shaw’s.

  21. Cathy S 18/11/2017 at 6:44 pm

Trying to decide between the Lasagna pan and the Bakers set. Decisions Decisions… any thoughts?

    • Customer Support 20/11/2017 at 8:04 pm

Both pieces are fantastic Cathy! We suggest getting the one you would use most! Let us know which one you choose! Thanks. -Cynthia

  22. linda 27/11/2017 at 8:29 pm

  23. Nancy 27/11/2017 at 9:57 pm

If I bought $50 worth of gift cards do I get the points/ stamps?

    • Customer Support 28/11/2017 at 3:09 pm

Hi Nancy, Unfortunately gift card purchases do not qualify towards earning the Rachael Ray Saver Stamps. Thank you –Cornelius

  24. Barbara 05/12/2017 at 5:04 pm

What colors are available? Went to pick up an item in purple as a Christmas gift and was told the store is only carrying red and blue. Grrrr!!! Even though the stamp saver shows purple. Not a happy camper. !

    • Customer Support 06/12/2017 at 8:27 am

Hi Barbara, the only available colors are blue and red, we apologize if the color appears to be purple to you in the stamp saver book. Thank you. -Jayme

  25. Dennis 15/12/2017 at 2:08 pm

so…in order to get one of every item that is offered…one would have to spend $8,300.00 dollars in groceries from sept to jan?….that is totally ridiculous…what a rip-off

    • Customer Support 15/12/2017 at 8:30 pm

Hello Dennis! This promotion simply rewards customers for making their regular purchases. what a scam,I filled a card went to my local shaw’s got a whole set of racheal ray cashier and a management cash me 286.00 worth great right, fill another card go to cash it out they tell me the first card they made a mistake I should have gotten one piece so I ask to speak to the manager and it was like we made a mistake o well they made the mistake I would never have filled a new card if i knew they made a MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!

    • Customer Support 18/12/2017 at 5:35 pm

Our apologies for this Lisa! Please send us an email to Albertsons.Social.Media@safeway.com with the address of our store that you visited. If you’d like a follow up call about this, please include your best contact phone number. Please reference your post so we know who you are. Thank you! -Dolores

  27. Kaylee 21/12/2017 at 12:52 pm

Hi, Where can I redeem stamps if my local Shaw’s does not have the item that I want in stock?

    • Customer Support 22/12/2017 at 9:06 am

Our apologies, Kaylee. If stores run out of the item you are looking to redeem your stamps for, they should be taking your name and phone number down, so that they can contact you when a new shipment of product arrives. Can you please let us know which store you shopped at? -Jayme

  28. Linda 23/12/2017 at 4:46 pm

Wow! I am shocked at the people who don’t understand this simple promotion. The back of the card clearly states how many stamps you need for each item. If you meet the requirements for the first item you can redeem your points or save them for a higher valued item. The bigger items “cost” more…..that is, require more stamps. If you want to get 2 items then save enough stamps for both 80 stamps for the Ramekin plus 90 stamps for the Au Gratin = 170 stamps.

And yes, you need to put a stamp on the “Free Item” box otherwise you will be short one stamp. Simply count the boxes if you are confused.

It does require spending a lot of money, but if you are shopping there anyways you are already spending the money, so you are getting it for FREE.

    • Customer Support 26/12/2017 at 10:23 am

Hello Linda! Thanks for your feedback and understanding of the program. Thank you! -Dolores

  29. Rebecca 26/12/2017 at 8:11 am

I have filled 2.5 booklets, thinking I could redeem the stamps for multiple pieces at one time vs. having to do a separate booklet for each free item. One Shaw’s location told me that I could do it that way, but an associate at another store told me I would only be able to choose one free item per booklet and would have to forfeit the remaining stamps on that booklet. Please clarify! I would also like to chime in that the “Free Item” designations on the booklet are confusing-it would be more intuitive to simply let people accumulate stamps and redeem them for the item/s for which they have saved enough stamps.

    • Customer Support 26/12/2017 at 5:24 pm

We sincerely apologize for the confusion between our stores, Rebecca. We hope that by outlining the details of the Rachael Ray Promotion, it will help to clear up any confusion you may have. As specified in the Stamp Saver booklet, each Rachael Ray item has a different required number of stamps that are needed in order to earn the FREE bakeware item. It is stated in the terms and conditions on the Stamp Saver book, that in order to collect a new item, a new Stamp Saver book must be started. The Stamp Saver booklet is also clear in specifying the number of stamps needed to earn each item. For example, the “Serve Ware Platter” requires 120 stamps to receive it free, the “Stoneware Dispensing Bottle” requires 60 stamps to receive it for free. The stamp book has the “free item” black squares on the 60, 80, 90, 120, 130, and 150. This corresponds with the total amount of stamps needed for each of the different items. Each booklet is redeemed for one item. This means you can paste the stamps that are leftover into new booklets so you can redeem separate prizes. They should NOT have to be forfeited.

Also, we’d like to notify the Store Directors of the stores you visited for training purposes. Could you please provide us with the store locations that you visited? Once again, our sincerest apologies for the confusion. -Cornelius

  30. Nancy Blair 31/12/2017 at 11:26 am

I am one stamp short and they can’t give me the item I have saved for. This is the second booklet I have filled so I spend a good deal of money at this store. I will spend the $10.00 and get one more stamp, however, I will be going to Price Chopper from now on. I see loyalty to Shaws does not pay.

    • Customer Support 03/01/2018 at 11:29 am

Hello Nancy, We apologize for your disappointment. Could you please let us know which store you shopped at? Thank you – Dolores

  31. Beth 02/01/2018 at 9:48 am

    Thanks

    • Customer Support 03/01/2018 at 11:31 am

  32. Stuart 03/01/2018 at 2:13 pm

    • Customer Support 05/01/2018 at 9:01 pm

How do I get the merchandise I want? Seems like the store near me doesn’t have anything in stock…

    • Customer Support 11/01/2018 at 9:54 am

Hi James, we apologize for the limited availability. , Our stores will continue to receive product until January 16th, the last day to redeem your Stamp Saver books. Stores have been asked to take customer’s names and phone numbers, in the event that the item is not in stock, and to call customers when the items are available. We’re concerned with the response that you received from the store. Could you please let us know which store you shopped at, so that we can review this with the Store Director? Thank you – Chris

  38. Katherine Samson 10/01/2018 at 7:30 pm

I shop at the Lancaster NH store and I have a filled booklet and I want to redeem for the baking dishes but the store is out of stock. When I inquired on 1/3 at approximately 5:00 pm I was told that they were NOT taking names and basically I was out of luck. Now what? This infuriates me. That’s a ton of money spent and now nothing? Can I redeem via mail?

    • Customer Support 11/01/2018 at 10:27 am

Hi Katherine, We apologize for the out of stock on the Rachael Ray item you are interested in. 42. Andrea 11/01/2018 at 9:53 am

Hi. I had 2 booklets filled with stamps (150 stamps/points each) to redeem. I chose 2 items that were 150 points each. I was given 1 for free & was charged 1/2 price for the second. If I had enough stamps to get both free why was I charged half price for the second? I asked the cashier & he didn’t know.

    • Customer Support 11/01/2018 at 2:17 pm

Hi Andrea. You should not have been charged full price if you had completed and filled out two entire Stamp Saver booklets. Would you please let us know which store you shopped at? We advise you to return to the store, so that this can be addressed. Thank you. -Chris

  43. James Chithalen 11/01/2018 at 12:46 pm

I was at the Concord NH store. I went back today, and Customer Service was willing to take my name and number – and stamps! They wouldn’t do anything unless I left the stamps as well. I will update when/if I get the product…

Today is the 12th of January, what do I do if my store (East Providence, RI) is out of stock on the item I am looking for? When will the stores stop receiving new merchandise as the program is about to end?

  46. Ellen 12/01/2018 at 10:43 am

I have enough stamps to receive two free items which my store no longer has in stock. The cashier I spoke with this morning said to give my name and number to the person at the service desk and I would be called when my items came in. I went to the service desk and the employee there told me that her manager said they are NOT taking names. I did not wait until the last minute either; I’ve been to the store 4 times to get my items which haven’t been there every time I checked. I’ve never run into this problem with past promotions. I appreciate your feedback.

I too am having issues redeeming my stamps at the West Lebanon NH store. I have been in 4 times since the end of Dec, and they always say they are out of everything. I left my name on their list but every time I’m basically told that they’re never going to get enough stock in to fulfill all the requests, so I’m out of luck. I think my Shaws shopping days are over, there a other stores in the area with similar prices and quality but I had been shopping here for the customer service and promotions — so much for that!!!

Hi Kim. We sincerely apologize for your experience. Our stores will continue to receive product until January 16th, the last day to redeem your Stamp Saver books. Stores have been asked to take customer’s names and phone numbers, in the event that the item is not in stock, and to call customers when the items are available. Thank you -Wendy

I too am having issue getting my items. I gave my name and phone number last Wednesday, January 10th but have not heard anything. I requested two items and was told I needed to pick my number one choice as I may not be able to get both. I understand this is a promotion but the Shaw’s promotions are what keep me shopping at Shaw’s. You should have enough supply for the stamps given out.

I don’t like the European dd/mm/yyyy date format on these comments – hard to follow and refer back to since the USA uses mm/dd/yyyy format.

promotion is such a joke. spent over 2000 dollars and missed it by one day just told be told there was nothing i could do. Guess i will be shopping at another supermarket from now one. Too bad as i have been a loyal customer for 20 years.

    • Customer Support 18/01/2018 at 11:58 am

Hello Nate. We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment. Did you leave your name and phone number at a store? Our stores should have taken your name down, and the item you wanted, so that they could call you when the product became available. Thank you.. –Lizet

Just went to my local store to redeem my booklet and found out the promo ended. Is there anything I can do to get the platter and evo bottle?

I haven’t been able to redeem my last sheet as there aren’t any items in the stores. I went on the last day and there was nothing. How do I redeem for the item I was saving for?

I just wanted to say Thank you. I was contacted by the manager of the store the day after your reply and they took down my name along with the other 3 pages of customers and just yesterday I picked up my set of 2 baking dishes. l LOVE them, they’re gorgeous. I can’t wait to use them. Thank you again.

Someone mentioned the method in which we participate in this program – having to affix little stamps to a booklet – is very outdated. I couldn’t agree more, and the reason they likely do it is because 1. This alone will cause many people to not participate, 2. People will lose many of the stamps, especially if only given a couple – they are small and easy to lose (I’ve lost a whole completed book)! 3. Tracking purchases electronically or something would mean that many more people would participate, nothing would get lost – both of this means more money spent by Shaws on the promotion.

    • Customer Support 19/01/2018 at 9:42 am

Hello Kate. We appreciate the opportunity to address your feedback. Our Rachel Ray promotion was designed, and executed with our guests’ convenience, savings, and enjoyment in mind. We found this promotion to be successful and rewarding for everyone as a shopping incentive for products purchased on a daily basis. Please also keep in mind that our Rachel Ray products are also for sale. Thank you. -Jayme

I have been trying to redeem my stamps since December and nothing. I have left my name at two different stores for when the serve ware platter comes in. I have a feeling that I Shaw’s is not going to fulfill their end of the deal. I will never participate in another game again and tell everyone I know not to participate.

    • Customer Support 02/02/2018 at 2:44 pm

Hi Kristen, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in receiving your Rachel Ray cookware. We assure you that stores will receive additional inventory and you will be contacted once it’s in. Thank you! -Lizet

  57. Heather 08/02/2018 at 3:42 pm

I know the promotion has ended to collect stamps, but I did not realize it was past the date to redeem them. Is there any way Shaws could still honor it?

    • Customer Support 09/02/2018 at 9:34 am

Hello Heather. Unfortunately the final order was placed with the supplier and we unable to receive additional inventory. We sincerely apologize for this disappointment. -Chris

Had fun with this. It was nice to be rewarded for doing something I had to do anyway- buy food. I got a couple of items, Covered baking dish (my first choice) and the EVO bottle with my leftover stamps I picked up along the way after. Love them both. I found it to be a nice simple promotion. Thanks Guys!

    • Customer Support 19/02/2018 at 10:55 am

Yay! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the promotion and the bakeware! We have forwarded your kind words to the appropriate personnel. Thank you and enjoy the bakeware!-Lizet

This promotion turned into being a joke i have been waiting for a month now for my store to receive the items they have no idea when they are coming in.. i find it hard to believe that shaws would make its few customers that it does have to wait this long.. not to mention the monopoly game is out already makes a person just want to run to shaws and spend money for the monopoly game when you haven’t received the items from previous promotion
i will not be shopping shaws until i get the Rachael Ray items if i do ever receive them
Get your things in order Shaws

    • Customer Support 20/02/2018 at 12:20 pm

  60. Dave 04/03/2018 at 5:12 pm

hi. Went to our local Shaw’s twice before the deadline to claim our bakeware and they were out both times. They took our name and said they would call when the item came in. March 4, 2018…still waiting. Any idea when the items will arrive?

    • Customer Support 05/03/2018 at 2:17 pm

We apologize for the frustration this delay has caused. Which store location is this? We ask that you please call the store, as stores have received final inventory and are in the process of contacting customers. Thank you – Lizet

  61. Dave 10/03/2018 at 6:57 pm

    My store is Burlington, MA

I just called the store. They told me they have their final shipment and plenty of inventory, but they are calling people on a first come first serve basis, so I have to wait until someone else on the list doesn’t pick up their item (they have 1 week from the call date) and then I might get a call. Does this mean they have enough for everyone on the list or not? Is there really a possibility I might not get my item? How can you run a promotion and not have enough product for people?

  62. cindy 08/04/2018 at 2:15 pm

I still have my booklet, store still has not received shipment. Crazy that it is April and no items in site. If you can not fill or anticipate orders, do not run promotion. I will shop elsewhere.

    My store WAS Raynham, MA

    • Customer Support 09/04/2018 at 1:25 pm

Hi Cindy. We apologize for the frustration this delay has caused. Stores should have already received their final inventory and called you back. Have you spoken to with the Store Director? Thank you. -Jayme
