La Terra Fina Dips

Artichoke Florentine Bread

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Artichoke Florentine Bread

Cook Time: 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes to cool

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: Serves 4 to 6 as an appetizer, snack, or side dish

 

Ingredients:

Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip
 or Artichoke Parmesan & Garlic Dip

1 baguette, cut in half length-wise

Shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place the baguette cut side up on a cookie sheet and spread evenly with desired amount of dip end to end. (Chef’s note: a good suggestion is 1 Tablespoon every 2 inches). Sprinkle top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm and enjoy!
