  1. CHRISTINE DAVIS 08/09/2018 at 8:08 am

I think its overkill, 10 bucks for one stamp should be more like 5 bucks for one stamp.

    • Customer Support 10/09/2018 at 1:27 pm

Thank you for your honest feedback Christine. We’ve shared your comments with our Marketing Department for review and consideration moving forward. -Wendy

  2. cheryl A andrade 13/09/2018 at 1:39 pm

I also think 1 stamp for every $10.00 is steep for a food container. the Racheal Ray items I can see but not these containers.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:44 pm

Cheryl, we appreciate your feedback. We hope that once you see the quality of the containers, you will see that the stamp value is fair. We have shared your feedback with our promotions team for further review. Thank you! –Jeremy

  3. george moulton 13/09/2018 at 1:47 pm

    You have to spend $300.for a $6.bowl i can’t contain my excitement

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:45 pm

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, George. The FREE storage containers are meant as an incentive for your regular shopping trip. We will be sure to pass your comments along to our Marketing Department. –Jeremy

  4. Brenda Long 13/09/2018 at 1:52 pm

There should be disclosures for what merchandise doesn’t count toward a stamp. I understand beer, cigarettes, gift cards etc. but I was told milk doesn’t count. That seems ridiculous.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:46 pm

Brenda, please accept our sincerest apologies. The disclaimer can be found at the service desk. We appreciate your feedback and will notify the appropriate personnel of your concerns. –Jeremy

  5. John Richman 13/09/2018 at 1:56 pm

That’s a lot of stamps and a lot of $ for 1 container.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:51 pm

John, we apologize you feel this way. We will be sure to pass your feedback on to our Marketing Teams to be reviewed. –Jeremy

  6. jenny 13/09/2018 at 2:21 pm

I think it should be a $1 buck for one stamp.
it sound like we are buying the container for $300/each.. 🙁

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:52 pm

We appreciate the suggestions, Jenny. We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment with this promotion and have notified our Marketing Department of your concerns and suggestions for review. –Jeremy

  7. Craven Moorehead 13/09/2018 at 2:30 pm

Really taking a huge step down with the prizes for saving stamps this year.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:54 pm

We’re sorry to hear this, Craven. We appreciate you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and have notified our Marketing Department of your concerns. –Jeremy

  8. Terry M 13/09/2018 at 2:32 pm

1.6 cup rectangular is $5.99 if you buy it outright? But you save $3.00 if you have 15 stamps (15 stamps x $10.00 per stamp = $150.00 + $2.99 = $152.99) Sounds like someone didn’t do their math correctly.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:56 pm

Your feedback is of utmost importance to us, Terry. We’re sorry this promotion causes disappointment for you. Your concerns have been shared with our Marketing Team to be reviewed. –Jeremy

  9. Jim 13/09/2018 at 2:59 pm

Wow. Top item is 60 stamps so that equals $600 dollars spent and you only receive a $15 item. That is outrageous. I would sent the Marketing Department back to the drawing board.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:58 pm

Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding this promotion to our attention, Jim. We completely understand and apologize for this. We’ve notified our Marketing Department for review. –Jeremy

  10. Vonne Grunza 13/09/2018 at 3:04 pm

Christine Davis has a good point about how much is required to get just one stamp. Or maybe make the items need less stamps. As a senior on SS income I save every little leftover and do not have a large budget for the grocery store. So a quicker way to earn Luminarc would really be great.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 9:59 pm

Hi Vonne. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear this promotion has caused you disappointment and will be sure to notify the appropriate personnel of your concerns. –Jeremy

  11. Irene Walsh 13/09/2018 at 3:08 pm

I hope this program works better than Just for U which still does not work.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:01 pm

Irene, we’re concerned the Just for You program hasn’t been working properly for you. Can you please email us at containing more details regarding the issues you are experiencing along with the email and phone number associated with your account? Please be sure to reference this post as well. –Jeremy

  12. Anne 13/09/2018 at 3:21 pm

This promotion should be calculated for online people-you have data. Sticking stamps for online app people defeats the purpose of registering-so you don’t have to do this manual stuff. Keep it tallied digitally for online people so it’s automatic and the paper+stickers for those not online.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:03 pm

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your suggestions with us, Anne. We will be sure to pass them along to our Marketing Teams to be considered. –Jeremy

  13. janice nardone 13/09/2018 at 3:42 pm

i love these kinds of glass containers

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:05 pm

We’re delighted to hear of your satisfaction and will be sure to share your appreciation with our Merchandising Teams, Janice. Thank you for sharing such wonderful feedback! –Jeremy

  14. Robin St Jean 13/09/2018 at 3:43 pm

    Totally agree with Christine.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:06 pm

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, Robin. Please know your feedback is valued and will be shared with our Marketing Teams as well. Thank you! –Jeremy

  15. Lauren Riley 13/09/2018 at 3:46 pm

I agree. $10. for each stamp is extremely far-fetched for these as they are available for $3. -$5. each at a major retailer. No interest

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:07 pm

Lauren, we’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with this promotion and will be sure to share your feedback with our Marketing Department. -Jeremy

  16. joan mccann-hartigan 13/09/2018 at 3:46 pm

I agree with Christine. $5 per stamp. It’s just my husband and I so I don’t spend that much every week on food.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:09 pm

We understand your frustration and apologize for this, Joan. We’ve notified our Marketing Department of your concerns. Thank you for sharing your feedback. –Jeremy

  17. Sally Jane Wilson 13/09/2018 at 4:09 pm

I agree. $10 for a single stamp is too much.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:11 pm

Our sincerest apologies, Sally. We strive to ensure this promotion is an incentive for all of our guests and will be sure to notify the proper personnel of your concerns. -Jeremy

  18. Nora Arico 13/09/2018 at 4:10 pm

Your store product prices are two to three times more expensive than other stores and we do not get the equivalent stamps to compensate for these higher costs.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:12 pm

Nora, we are constantly reviewing our prices to ensure they remain fair and competitive. We truly value your feedback and sincerely apologize our prices have missed the mark for you. We’ve shared your concerns with our Pricing Department as well. Thank you! –Jeremy

  19. Nora Arico 13/09/2018 at 4:13 pm

Luminarc PureBox Glass Food-Storage Containers look like great incentives. Glass rather than plastic is best. Thank you for having this product available.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:15 pm

Thank you so much for sharing such phenomenal feedback with us, Nora. We’ve notified our Merchandising Teams of your satisfaction so they are aware as well! –Jeremy

  20. M.C. 13/09/2018 at 4:16 pm

So, I can either buy it for full price at $6 or spend $300 in order to get it for free….? How is this supposed to incentivize people?

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:16 pm

We appreciate the feedback, M.C. Our intentions are to give our guests a goal and a prize to look forward to when shopping. We truly apologize and will be sure to notify our Marketing Teams as well. –Jeremy

  21. JulieH 13/09/2018 at 4:31 pm

I agree with the Christine Davis. Also, I think you need too many stamps in order to get the items for free. For example, I’d have to spend $300 in order to get 30 stamps, and all I’d get for that is something worth $5.99. Not much of a deal.

    • Customer Support 13/09/2018 at 10:18 pm

JulieH, please accept our sincerest apologies. Your feedback helps us improve and we truly appreciate you for sharing it with us. We’ve notified the appropriate personnel of your concerns. –Jeremy

  22. Danielle Allen 13/09/2018 at 4:46 pm

I agree with Christine, should be 1 stamp for every $5.00 spent.

  23. judy Parker 13/09/2018 at 4:54 pm

I agree with Christine. Single person would take too long to earn enough.

  24. Marge Mullen 13/09/2018 at 5:49 pm

    I agree with Christine.

  25. Marv 13/09/2018 at 5:57 pm

I just shopped at my local Shaw’s and tried to make sure I had $10. Then with discounts, the total was 20 cents short , so no stamp. How about rounding up to $10 when the total is so close.

  26. Ruth Chobit 13/09/2018 at 6:22 pm

I like getting something for the amount you spend but I agree with Christine $5.00 for one stamp would be much better. I will never spend the time to collect the stamps to win prizes. It takes so much time and in the past 3 years I and many others have won nothing. And everyone needed the same stamps to win a prize. Either they have to give a little more out or I will never do it again.

    Ruth Chobit

  27. Deborah Miller 13/09/2018 at 7:00 pm

I agree with Christine as well.

  28. Marie A Philippon 13/09/2018 at 7:20 pm

Having to spend $300 which translates into 30 points, a minimum sum, redeemable in this promotion for one FREE 1.6 cup square or rectangular bowl… Really? It is definitely time for me to reconsider my participation in yet another quirky promotion!
Furthermore, if I remember correctly, not every item I purchase is eligible… ;-( !

So sorry! I am clearly not a fan of these promotions.

  29. Kas 13/09/2018 at 7:22 pm

The saver stamps have been 10.00 per stamp since I’ve been seeing the program, and, honestly, That the amount of stamps needed is much less than in previous years I think is great. The previous two years took a lot of stamps for an item. Thank you for having bonus offers that reward us.

  30. Jeanne Keenan 13/09/2018 at 7:44 pm

I also agree with the two of them.last week i was 1 cent from getting 3 stamps,i still only got 2.

  31. Laura Troll 13/09/2018 at 8:11 pm

Especially as prices seem to be going up. Also, I am sick and tired of all the promotions that benefit those with ample finds for groceries. I deliver meal on wheels and think it’s time someone made an effort to help those who sometimes have no money at all for food as well as those with lots to spend. Maybe many of us who can afford to eat would be interested in earning points for those who have too little.

  32. WW 13/09/2018 at 8:16 pm

What’s with the non-US date formats in the comments and replies? Is Shaw’s not even a US company any more?

  33. Dotty crowley 13/09/2018 at 8:32 pm

Christine is absolutely right. Ten dollars is way too much. They’re small items, and we all know we overpay at shades unless it’s on sale. Five dollars is more reasonable.

  34. Sandra D. 13/09/2018 at 9:17 pm

When I read the first comment, I wondered why this Luminarc offer began in August in some stores but not in mine. (Date of comment is listed as 08/09/2018) After noting that the date of the second comment is 10/09/2018 and the third is 13/09/2018, I realized all comments are from September.

So why are you not using the standard U.S. date format of mm/dd/yyyy?

  35. Fran Gadomski-Gentry 13/09/2018 at 9:59 pm

I would rather spend $6 to buy the container outright than spend $400 to get the FREE one . It takes me a long time to spend that since I am single and I always run out of time .

  36. Audrey 13/09/2018 at 11:40 pm

I own some of these containers, and I sure did not spend $300.00 dollars. It sure is not a deal.

  37. Lynne Ouellette 14/09/2018 at 9:33 am

Cant believe that this will be a huge success. The Cuisinart program was the type of incentive that i KNOW i WOULD RESPOND TO BUT GLASS STORAGE CONTAINERS???

  38. MT 14/09/2018 at 1:37 pm

    Amazon 26.99 – 10 piece set
Includes: Rect. 1.6 Cups, Rect. 3.4 Cups, Rect 5.1 Cups, Square 1.6 Cups, Square 3.2 Cups All With Lids

  39. Blaine Orr 15/09/2018 at 8:12 am

Since the prices are so high already at SHAWS, you should be giving them away for a lot less money spent.

    • Customer Support 18/09/2018 at 7:35 pm

We’re sorry you feel this way, Blaine. We have shared your concerns with the appropriate personnel for review. Thanks! –Cornelius

  40. Mary Latham 15/09/2018 at 10:29 am

I was excited about the Luminarc containers because I use these at home all the time and would love to get some more. However, I spent over $100.00 yesterday at Shaw’s and now realize I have to spend $300.00 just to get a small container. I’m not sure this promotion is worth it to me. Also I could not use the Just 4 U feature yesterday when I was getting ready to go shopping.

  41. Brian Castell 15/09/2018 at 12:53 pm

Do you have to put a stamp on the free spot.

  42. Marie Smith 16/09/2018 at 12:45 pm

I agree with everyone who’s not pleased with this promotion & all the reasons why. Stop all this “free” stuff & lower your food prices. Many more shoppers would be happy to visit your stores.

  43. Pauline 18/09/2018 at 5:15 pm

I agree This is not a good promotion.

  44. Kris 19/09/2018 at 1:14 pm

I am excited about this program because I am able to get free containers that I already like. I like glass containers mostly because I hate how my food tastes when stored in plastic. I am disappointed in all the negativity in the comments I am reading though.

I think people are viewing this wrong. You’re already grocery shopping and spending money, so why not get something out of it? It’s a bonus, not the sole purpose. Why so negative about how much you can get for free? Do you also go to birthday parties for the sake of how much you get from the party favors or goody bags? Just saying.

  45. Diane 21/09/2018 at 11:18 am

Wow, so many negative comments. It is nice of Shaws to do this promo, they certainly don’t have to. We live in an entitlement society, it is sad. This is a fun and easy thing to do and whatever we get for free is wonderful. Thank you.

  46. Debe 21/09/2018 at 8:50 pm

My husband and I are disabled and have our weekly shopping delivered. Will stamps and the card be available to us? If so how do I indicate that I would like stamps and of course the card to paste them in.

    Thank you!

    • Customer Support 24/09/2018 at 3:15 pm

Hi Debe! This promotion is in-store only. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you! –Destini

  47. Richard Brancato 23/09/2018 at 11:30 am

I have beige Saver Stamps left over from a previous Rachel Ray promotion, but I notice that the current Saver Stamps are in red. Can I use my beige Saver Stamps for the current promotion?

    • Customer Support 24/09/2018 at 5:34 pm

Hi Richard! Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, no, we are unable to accept any Rachel Ray Saver Stamps for this promotion, as the Rachel Ray cookware promotion has ended. Please see your local store’s Customer Service Booth for additional details about how to accumulate Saver Stamps for our PureBox Glass Food-Storage Containers promotion. Thank you! –Cynthia

  48. Cathy 24/09/2018 at 3:43 pm

So if I fill a card do I get to pick a container from each catagory. If my card is full I should be able to pick a 30 stamp container, a 40 stamp container, a 50 stamp container and a 60 stamp container.

    • Customer Support 25/09/2018 at 10:07 am

Hi Cathy! Thanks for asking! You will be able to choose any of the participating container varieties that are applicable for the amount of stamps that you have accumulated. For example, if you have accumulated 40 Stamps, you will have the choice of selecting ONE (1) of the 30 Stamp containers, or ONE (1) of the 40 Stamp containers. We hope this helps! Please see your local store’s Customer Service Booth for additional details. Thank you! –Jayme

  49. mary 01/10/2018 at 1:57 pm

I wish the U rewards program would track the tickets. Its not only painful to watch the cashiers tear these tiny tickets , its just as painful for me to watch me try to find them at the bottom of my purse. The quantity of books that the store sent doesn’t match the numbers taken by customers.
I also agree that the number of tickets need for these items doesn’t;t make it worth all a aggravation.

    • Customer Support 02/10/2018 at 4:57 pm

We really appreciate the feedback, Mary. We have shared your comments with our marketing team for further review. Thanks for reaching out to us. –Cornelius

  50. Mary 05/10/2018 at 3:01 pm

YES!! I agree with Kris and Diane. I shop and Shaws anyway because its a great store with great deals and this is just added bonus for me. I use my Rachel Ray products all the time and tell everyone how I got them. My 6 year old son and I enjoy adding and subtracting to see how many more stickers me need. We have tons of fun doing it and love when we have enough to get a FREE prize. I spend 100-200 a week anyway so we end up with 2-4 prizes each time. Thanks Shaws for the great memories with my son and the free stuff.

    • Customer Support 09/10/2018 at 11:36 am

We’re happy we could be a part of the great memories with you and your son, Mary! Please know that we have shared your wonderful feedback with our Marketing Team for further review. Thanks for sharing! -Jayme

  51. Gary Morgan 08/10/2018 at 5:06 pm

This deal is NOT WORTH the effort. If I need the container it’s cheaper just to buy it.

    • Customer Support 09/10/2018 at 1:29 pm

We’re sorry you feel this way about our Luminarc Promotion , Gary. We’ve shared your feedback with our Marketing Team. Thanks for reaching out to us! -Jayme

  52. Helene Bickford 11/10/2018 at 8:25 am

Is anything excluded from earning stamps? Wine/beer? I spent over 50 but only earned 4 stamps as per register receipt. Please advise. (I know gift cards are usually exempt.)

    • Customer Support 11/10/2018 at 11:36 pm

Hi Helene! Exclusionary items include Alcohol, tobacco and also liquid dairy. We hope this helps! Thank you! -Jeremy

  53. Travis 11/10/2018 at 6:42 pm

I appreciate having something of quality given me for free. I do have to eat, after all, so the containers or other awards are just gifts.

    • Customer Support 11/10/2018 at 11:37 pm

We are absolutely thrilled to hear of your appreciation, Travis. We will be sure to pass your feedback on to our Marketing Teams as well. Have a wonderful day! -Jeremy

  54. Tom 15/10/2018 at 4:23 pm

I was surprised today when I bought over $60 of groceries – no alcohol or cigarettes – and only received 4 stamps. You should make it more clear what products are excluded from the program. Why don’t you post it on your website?

    • Customer Support 16/10/2018 at 11:55 am

We’re sorry for your experience, Tom. We do have details about our Luminarc promotion available upon request at our stores. However, we appreciate the feedback and we have shared your concerns with our Marketing Team for further review. Thank you. -Destini

  55. Jeremy from the Marketing Department 28/10/2018 at 7:23 pm

So the best case scenario is that I am ‘gifted’ $0.25 for every $10 I spend–that’s a rate of return of 2.5%. You’re preying on people who don’t know any better and think this is actually an incentive to do business with you. Additionally, the method of distribution of these stamps is beyond flawed; multiple times my cashier has not asked me if I want the stamps. Why isn’t this just done online for people who have accounts? Don’t know if you saw the Globe story the other day but Shaw’s/Star Market didn’t do super well on the price comparison and people remember these predatory promotions.

    • Customer Support 29/10/2018 at 3:06 pm

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way about our Luminarc Purebox promotion this year, Jeremy. We do appreciate your honest feedback and will be sure that our Marketing Team is aware of your comments for consideration with all future promotions as well. Thank you for reaching out to us. -Destini

  56. Joe Mc 01/11/2018 at 1:42 pm

So I could buy 5 of these containers from Amazon for $27 w free shipping on Prime, or spend $1,900 at Shaws and get them Free. Ignoring the inconvenience cost of collecting the stamps, that is basically a 1.4% discount as a shopping reward. Since the average grocery chain profit margin is about 1%, this Rewards offer is quite reasonable, since the person taking advantage of it is likely getting their groceries below net cost.

    • Customer Support 02/11/2018 at 5:10 pm

We’re happy to hear you find the Luminarc promotion to be worth your while Joe! Our goal is to offer our guest promotions that they will find value in and enjoy so we’re glad to hear we succeeded! We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our Marketing Department! Thanks for sharing this with us! -Cynthia

  57. Cheryl 04/11/2018 at 9:52 pm

Yeah not really a great promotion. I mean for example 8.3 cup free with sixty stamps. So spend 600 bucks and you get it for free or you can buy for 14.99. Plus if you buy certain products like um Milk you don’t get it. And if you spend 9.99 you don’t get a stamp unless you save that 9.99 dollar receipt and combine it with the next receipt for .01 and then ask for it. Not really worth the time or energy to get these things.

    • Customer Support 05/11/2018 at 10:56 pm

We’re sorry to hear the disappointment this promotion has caused, Cheryl. Please know your feedback is of utmost importance to us and will be shared with our Marketing Teams to be further reviewed. -Jeremy

  58. kim 11/11/2018 at 5:19 pm

can you explain the free item spots? I had an cashier explain to me the other day that if I completely fill my card (60 stamps) that I can choose the large container (60 stamps) and then 4 other items because my free items spaces are filled as well.

    • Customer Support 12/11/2018 at 7:12 pm

Kim – That’s incorrect and we apologize. If you fill out the entire card, you will receive the item for the 60 Stamps total. You will need to start a new card to earn stamps to redeem for your next FREE item. Can you please let us know which store you shopped at? Thank you. -Cornelius

  59. K 11/11/2018 at 6:18 pm

Seriously, I was buying a gallon of organic milk so I decide, as I’m already spending almost $7.00 on an item I get at Trader Joe’s for closer to $5.00, I may as well spend $3.00 more & get a stamp. After 10 minutes of avoiding all the junk food sales I settled on buying clementines. No stamp… milk doesn’t count. For real? As I’m reading through these comments I realize no liquid dairy counts?? To get a list of non-countable items I have to go to the store, stand in line & ask for a list because making sure I round up to the nearest 10th, getting the tiny little stickers & keeping track of it all isn’t hassle enough. I am beside myself at the effort expected of people for something that’s supposed to be fun.

    • Customer Support 12/11/2018 at 7:14 pm

We’re sorry to hear this promotion has missed the mark for you, K. Please know your feedback is truly valuable to us and has been shared with our Marketing Teams to be further reviewed. -Cornelius

  60. Sirah 17/11/2018 at 6:04 pm

Okay, sure you have to spend $600 to get the largest container, but at least you get 2 months of free groceries out of that deal 🙂

But seriously, I wasn’t too into this until I noticed the other day that I happened to have 60 stamps hidden in my coupon drawer, and guys, these are really nice containers. It was a nice perk to be able to grab one for no additional cost along with my regular groceries.

I had a bit of trouble redeeming them because I wasn’t committed enough to hunt out a card to stick my stickers to, but my cashier was very accommodating and I’m very satisfied as a whole.

How do I actually redeem the stamps I collected for a container? The instructions just say to redeem them, not where I need to go or send them.

    • Customer Support 03/12/2018 at 4:30 pm

Hi Annie! You will need to redeem your collected stamps in-store upon checkout. Thanks for asking! -Patrick

Thanks for offering something that I can get, for spending the same amount that I normally would. Seems simple to me. Shop like normal, over time fill up stamp saver, get something you may not purchase otherwise. We-the consumer, have only things to gain from this promotion. Why are there complaints about the cost? We spend the money anyway folks, just take it for what it is and smile once in a while.

Thank you for the feedback, Richard. We will let our Marketing Team know that you’re enjoying our Luminarc Promotion. Thanks for shopping with us! -Destini

  64. Edward 10/12/2018 at 6:44 pm

As a new customer I started collecting stamps a few weeks ago upon moving here. I just came here to find out how and for what I can redeem them for and was really disappointed.

Seriously I need to spend $600 to get a single $15 item, that’s simply ridiculous. That’s also assuming all of my items qualify and it appears that many staples do not.

Needless to say they went to the trash and I won’t bother taking anymore.

I hope you do far better next year or the program is a waste of effort.

This deal is NOT WORTH the effort. If I need the containers it’s cheaper just to buy them. I am living on SS and only have very little to buy groceries. Please come up with a better promotion for the seniors.

We’re very sorry to hear of the disappointment this promotion has caused, Pam. We truly value the feedback you’ve provided and will be sure to share it with our Marketing Teams to be further reviewed. -Cynthia

Too much negative about what it cost! December 14th you get no stamps going towards nothing!! This is just a thanks for shopping and if you want, put the sticker on paper and turn it in! If that is too much work, say no thank you to the clerk… No I am not an employee, just a customer that sometimes participates, more often than not doesn’t! Thanks Shaws for the containers in addition to my groceries!

Everyone seems to be complaining about the number of stamps needed for the items, as well as the amount of money spent to get a stamp. What they don’t seem to understand is that Shaw’s is not trying to rip anyone off. This is a FREE item you can earn just by buying the groceries that you need anyway. Let’s face it…we all need to eat which means we all need to buy groceries. The sales at Shaw’s are better than what any other stores offer, so I appreciate it when I can try to earn a free item in addition to the savings on my groceries. I am single and live alone so I don’t always earn enough stamps for some of the promotions, but every now and then, a customer in front of me will ask it I collect the stamps and give me the ones they earned.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us, Cecile. We would love to share your appreciation with your local store. May we ask which store location you frequent most often? Thank you! -Jeremy

  68. Susan 18/12/2018 at 2:32 pm

Hey Everyone! You are missing the point here. You would have spent that money to buy groceries anyway, right? You’re not getting a $6 item for spending $300. You are getting a FREE item which is worth $6 for buying stuff that you would have bought anyway.

  69. Patricia 14/01/2019 at 3:50 pm

Is it too late to cash in my stamps? I’ve been so careful about saving them .. and now see that they expired!

    • Customer Support 15/01/2019 at 1:52 pm

Hello Patricia – Unfortunately, most stores have returned the inventory back to Luminarc. If your store still has any in stock, you may ask the store director if you can redeem them at this time. Thank you. -Chris
