Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- Fresh sliced scallion
- Fresh lemon wedges
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with nonstick spray. Place salmon fillet on tray.
Step 2
Stir to combine remaining ingredients. Divide glaze evenly in half. Reserve one half for dipping.
Step 3
Brush the remaining glaze on top of the salmon. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Bake for 17-22 minutes or until desired doneness. Garnish with scallion and lemon, if desired. Serve.
