You Will Need: 1 pound ground beef; 1 can (14-1/2 or 16 oz) whole tomatoes. 1. Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain off fat. 2. Add contents of package and tomatoes (undrained). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Suggestions. Chili Con Carne with Beans - add 1 can (15-1/2 oz) red kidney or pinto beans to above recipe. Savory Stuffed Peppers - Add 1 cup cooked rice to prepared chili con carne. Spoon meat/rice mixture into blanched peppers. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
