Directions Stove Top Directions: Cook: Mix 2-1/4 cups water, rice mix and 1 tbsp butter in 2-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Pair: Perfect for taco tuesday! Serve with chicken or shrimp tacos. Zatarains Tips and Tricks: Veggify: Add 1 chopped medium tomato or onion. Quick & Easy: Add 1 lb cooked ground beef for a quick filling for burritos. Homemade: Give your rice a southwestern flair by adding 1/2 tsp each ground cumin and garlic powder.
