10 minutes prep time. 20-25 minutes cook time. Makes 1 cake or about 18 cupcakes. Ingredients Needed: Foodstirs Organic Simply Sweet Vanilla cake Mix; 3 eggs; 9 tbsp butter, room temp; 6 tbsp milk; 6 tbsp yogurt (Greek or plain). Tools You'll Need: 2-8 inch round pans or 2-8 inch square pans or 13 inch x 9 inch baking pan; non-stick cooking spray; mixer (optional); wire whisk; mixing bowl; measuring spoons. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat pans with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. 2. With mixer at low speed, mix all ingredients until just combined; scrape bowl. Turn mixer to high & beat for 1 minute, scraping bowl as needed (If you don't have an electric mixer; substitute with melted butter and whisk by hand). 3. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans & smooth surface. 4. Bake cakes 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cakes 5 minutes; carefully remove from pans & cool completely on a wire rack. Enjoy! Cupcakes: For 18 cupcakes, line muffin tins with paper liners. Mix ingredients as directed above. Scoop batter evenly into muffin tins filling each about 2/3 full. Bake cupcakes 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cupcakes rest for 2 minutes, then carefully remove from pan & cool completely. Enjoy!
