Heat It Up: Add a little cooking oil to a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Tip: Hot enough for a sizzle, not a splatter. 2. Lay It Down: Toss in the diced chicken in a single layer. Tip: Keep the pieces spaced out so they can sear like pros. 3. Let 'Em Cook: Sear untouched for 3-4 minutes, until golden and caramelized. Flip and repeat for another 3-4 on the other side. 4.
