Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. 1. Heat It Up: Add a little cooking oil to a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Tip: hot enough for a sizzle, not a splatter. 2. Lay It Down: Toss in the diced chicken in a single layer. Tip: keep the pieces spaced out so they can sear like pros. 3. Let 'Em Cook: Sear untouched for 3-4 minutes, until golden and caramelized. Flip and repeat for another 3-4 on the other side. 4.
