Main Ingredients

  • 1 gluten and wheat-free tortilla (microwave briefly to soften, if needed)
  • 2 Tbs sunflower butter ((SunButter creamy spread) room temperature)
  • 1 Tbs jam or jelly (lower sugar or no sugar added options recommended)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Place tortilla on piece of plastic wrap, foil or plate (if placing the roll in a container). Spread SunButter evenly over the top pf tortilla and then top with 1 tablespoon of jam or jelly (spread evenly).

Step 2

Roll tortilla up like a flute, cut in half (if desired), then wrap it up in the plastic or foil to place in refrigerator or lunch box. If using a re-usable container, place the halves in the container, edge-side down, and refrigerate or place in lunchbox.
