Couscous Salad for Four: 1. Toss chopped red pepper, zucchini, red onion & garlic with 1 tbsp of olive oil & roast in a medium baking tray until slightly soft. 2. While the vegetables are roasting, lightly toast slivered almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown & fragrant. 3. Prepare the Couscous as indicated on side of pack. 4. Combine all the ingredients, garnish with fresh coriander. Directions: Pour contents into a heat-proof bowl. Add 10 fl oz, 1-1/4 cups, of boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 5 mins. Add a little olive oil or butter to taste, stir and separate grains with a fork before serving. Delicious with Al'Fez Tagine Sauces! Al'Fez Moroccan Style Couscous is easy to prepare and makes a perfect (and quicker!) alternative to rice, pasta or potatoes. Store in a cool, dry place. Best by: See base of carton.
